  1. Give P90X a try. I have been doing it for 2 years now. I used to be a runner, no weights at all, and although I maintained my weight, I did not have any shape. After doing P90X I have defined muscles. I am 5'9" and 116lbs. I have dropped 4 lbs over the last year, not intentionally, but I feel amazing. I barely run at all now. Maybe 30 minutes on the treadmill just for cardio. You need to mix up you workouts and surprise your body. Good Luck!
