Hello all! I am not a Vegan, but I do have some experience with raw food, bodybuilding, fitness/sports, and medicine. My interests in Veganism are for health/wellness, general well-being, and anti-aging. Specifically, I want to experiment with my digestive system to find any kinds of positive reactions that may result from a less acidic, Vegan diet. I will be embarking on a pure water fast Saturday March 5th, and will go as long as possible. Length wise - I'm aiming for between 18-30 days, to be realistic. This will be my first fast. I have prepared for my fast and my main goals are to establish a healthier diet and lifestyle for when I complete my healing. For now I hope to gain as much knowledge as possible, and contribute what I can!
