Hi everyone! I recently read Robert's book on bodybuilding and thought I'd join this forum! I'm currently living in Korea and have been working out for a couple years, but haven't gained as much muscle as I'd like. I started eating around 3500 calories per day, and exercised a lot, but the food made me sick and I have gained quite a bit of fat in the month or so that I ate so much. I know I should have taken things a bit slower, so I'm starting again from the beginning and am going to post here for motivation and support. I have always wanted to look more fit, and when I don't see success, I tend to get depressed about it, and then lazy. Also, I have scoliosis, which, unfortunately, impacts my workout. It doesn't prohibit me from doing a lot of exercises, but the growth of muscle is more apparent on the right side of my body. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Any ways of strengthening my spine?
