Hello guys and gals my name is Adam. New to the Vegan world after reading The China Study and seeing the movie Forks over Knifes. It has been just over a week now. I have dropped 13lbs and have more energy now then I ever have. I have never felt this good in my life. I am 23 years young. I was referred to this forum By Aimee (no idea what her name is on here). I know I will be learning a lot for everyone on here. I stand just over 6ft tall. I would like to be around 205 all said and done with keeping my muscle mass. Anymore questions just ask away.
