  1. Definitely going to keep at it, have been getting over a lot of plateaus for chest the past month with a switch up in my training regime and diet. I'm going to start posting an online training journal in the next few days with progress pics, diet, training and supplement stack. You can put on size for sure man anyone just lift heavy and stuff your face. I heard Robert Cheeke say somewhere that "I eat until i can't move", this really helped me make progress when i was starting, and is definitely a good moto for any ectomorphs to abide by.

  2. i'm 5'10 and am around 161 right now. I hear you on the calories, i drink a lot of high calorie smoothies to help me get in extra cals, vega meal replacement is good in a blender with 5 or 6 bananas, a lot of frozen berries some almond milk and dates. Thats an easy 1000 cals right there! Thanks Belle, i feel way better now that i eat proper and hardly drink anymore. Its funny when people are asking me how i got so much bigger and i tell them i did it without eating any meat or dairy and they get so angry and confused!

The pic where i have the died black hair was before i starting lifting, i was around 143 pounds and look really unhealthily skinny and weak (which i was). The pic is older than 7 months but it doesn't matter because my body looked the exact same up until last 7 months ago when i started working out and eating better and really high cal. The other pics are all very recent, i'm about 160 pounds now and have lower body fat when that old pic was taken, i think i was around 9 or 10 percent then and when i last got it checked i was a little under 8. My initial goal was to just look normal and not so freakishly skinny like i was before. Now i am aiming for an aesthetic look where i have a decent amount of muscle mass but am really shredded, probably about 170ish and way more ripped than i am now. I'm planning on putting on some more weight this winter by eating LARGE then if all goes well i'll get really cut for summertime. I was using a decent amount of pre workout supplements for a bit and have been off them for a little while and find i am able to eat considerably more calories without all that caffeine suppressing my appetite, so ive been making some steady gains in strength in the past few weeks and hope to continue this throughout the winter.

  4. Hi, my names Mike im from Toronto, Ontario and I attend school in London, Ontario. i've been vegan for about a year and was strict vegetarian for about 2 years before that with occassional indulgences in dairy products. I have been working out for about 6 months, i was very skinny before at about 140 pounds 10 percent body fat and now am about 160 and am about 7.5 percent body fat, still skinny but with significantly more muscle. I've been viewing the message board and website for a long time getting help with diet and training and decided to finally make an account. This websites been a great help and has alot of fit vegans on it so i'm stoked to be a part of it and get positive help and advice with my training. My goal right now is to put on about 10 pounds of muscle without putting on too much fat then shredding down after that. I will post a training log and progress pictures soon.
