Hi all. I am new to this site. I am training for a figure show in March it will be my first! I am turning 50 in July and wanted to challenge myself. I have been vegan for six months or so thanks to my dauhhter. I admit I still struggle sometimes with cheese but getting less and less. Now with doing this show I will not be eating it at all. I am looking for competition diet help. I have a great trainer but his diet is not for vegans. I will welcome any suggestions. Thank you

Hi all from Buffalo NY. I am looking for diet advice from women figure competitors. I am doing a show in March and have an awesome trainer however his diet is not for vegans. His diet includes egg whites chicken and fish. I dont eat any of that and wondering what i can substitute for these items. I did substitue eggs whites with tofu. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
