Hello! I am currently starting to incorporate vegan dishes into my diet. My goal is to gain mass and strength so I need enough protein. I wont accept any product or supplement from sport nutrition shops, I want to go 100% natural. Is there any database that has easy recipes that can be cooked relatively fast, which are not costly and provide me with a high amount of protein? Having a field-tested cook book with these characteristics would be enormously helpful. Thank you!
