  1. Hello I used to be vegan and was body building then found the amount of protein using vegan sources was too many calories as I was trying to gain muscle and loose fat.... So I went to whey now I am switching back to vegan .. My question is this... If I was supposed to intake 30 grams of protein to gain muscle with a non vegan diet, do I still require that much or more due to it being from vegan sources? Does the 1 of protein per lbs still the same being a vegan bodybuilder? Any info would be helpful thanks!!!
