  1. I love this site and all the informative threads!!! I'm 33, 5'8", 204lbs. I work out 3 times/week. I've just started eating (mainly eating) vegitarian. Right now, here's my diet: 1. a shake with the following: I tabelspoon (10g) of Cinnamon, Goji berry, Bee Pollen, Kelp, Hemp, Chlorella, Spirulina, Turmeric, and Milled Flax Seed....and 1 cup Almond Milk and 1 medium Banana 2. 1 oz Whole Cashews 3. 2 oz Whole Wheat Pasta, .4 cup Avacado, Mixed Greens 4. Vegitable soup with some beans 5. 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds I think I'm around 1,600 calories. On workout days, I up the calories by about 300-400. Today, I consumed 2 of my shakes, 2 whole eggs, one banana, 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds, 2 cups lental/bean soup, and I might eat quinoa and beans for dinner. Any suggestions for a newbie?
