really new to internet forums and stuff but was convinced by a friend to start making some videos about our lifestyle so i have a Raw Vegan strength channel that i will upload videos in as often as i can... Been veg most of my life then went vegan and now for the last 3 years i have been raw vegan. Please help me out and get urself inspired! I do HIT style workouts, short brief and intense to failure to stimulate muscle growth and i dont do any endurance work.
