  1. Hey guys Im new around here.. anyway we know as vegans it can be hard to get all the nutrients that one can get from meats, such as creatine. I use to take jacked as a supplement but it didn't have enough real nutritional value even though it did give a good pump. So I think its best to get pre workout supplements that a creatine based , and with other BCAA's so what do you guys think of something like this http://www.aminothree.com ? cheers looking forward to the feedback
