  1. Hey, i'm just starting to work out right now, i'm average weight. I'm only 13 years old, about 170 cm tall and weigh 100 pounds. What should my diet and amount of cardio/week be? I'm vegetarian and not vegan so I can't find many sources for a vegetarian diet on this website :/. How many calories should I have per day, and how much protein? My goal is to get a 6pack and more muscles, but I am not thin enough for abs to show - I'm not fat either though so i'm not sure if I should cut or bulk. Sorry if it's confusing... Thanks
