hi, I am from singapore , a small island in the east. the super market do not have almond milk and hemp and rice milk. only soya milk is available becos we have a huge chinese population. we have unsweeten soya milk. from what i read on the internet, soya milk is bad for man. so the millino dollar question is ok for em a amle to consume soya milk? thks
