Hey all. 25 year old law student and esthetician from North Carolina. All about the holistic and natural side of things. I've been vegetarian for 6 years, vegan for one now. Getting back into weight training and running again. Trying to build muscle and lose fat and sculpt up again. Hoping to find a great support system and get a lot of tips for a good body building diet for a vegan.
