Hi! I consume some Soy-Products like Milk but now I´m realy confused about what I found concerning Soy and Soy-Products in the Web. Some Studies say clear keep your hands off from refined products like Soymilk, Hamburgers,etc. because of negativ influence to the Body. So what do you think ? Soy yes or no ? For example Mike Mahler (vegan Kettlebell-Crack) don´t use Soy anymore. Best Underdog
