  1. Hi there, I have a question for you all. I'm going to start working at a stockroom and my job will require heavy physical labour for about 8-12 hours a day, 5 days a week. So my question is: what food/drinks do you people recommend to keep me going during the day? I'm not a bodybuilder but I am vegan for about 3 years now. Thanks in advance
