  1. All human being need a proper diet which includes all minerals,proteins etc. protein is the most important thing in our daily life. We can get the protein from some fruits,and so many other sources.
  2. For building a muscle u don't have to go to GYM u can also done by your self. You just have to take meal at every few hours. U have to do the running of about 1 km per day morning. U have to do the weight lifting exercise every day. If u follow this process u can see the changes in your body in few days.
  3. Training for soccer in terms of acceleration and speed is done by the doing the maximum running. You also have to take proper diet.You have to do the regular exercise to keep your muscle fit and fine. You have to do the proper training as your coach had said to follow. you have to play more practice games to gain more experience.
