apriltrainer
Ok. I actually had what a restaurant here in chicago called a jamaican omellete. I tweaked it because I like my eggs(tofu) scrambled. But I kept the rest of the ingredients. 3/4 tsp olive oilhandful of walnuts1 banana smashed2 tbls honey(scratch that- use agave or maple syrup !)1/4 package silken tofu. Drained and mashed. Heat olive oil and stir in tofu. Reduce heat and add the banana, honey and walnuts. Stir, simmer until heated through. Yum! vegimator
No spices?Yeah, I would have thought maybe some allspice, thyme, nutmeg, and cayenne. Otherwise, it sounds good!
