Emil
Hello, greetings form Warsaw!I'm vegan for 3 years, before I was vegetarian for 6 years. Normally I train capoeira (for almost 3 years). Last year I came across Vegan Calisthen-x and they inspired me to start with calisthenic/street workout. Recently I'm running http://veganworkout.org.pl/ blog. In Poland the idea of veganism (not to mention veganism in sport) is still very unpopular. There are no books about sport and veganism or vegetarianism. I wanted to create something to promote this great idea! Veganbodybuilding website is very helpful to do this. This is my result of 5 months' calisthenic training: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=rDBhgx5ISRg I hope i will learn a lot here about training

stcalico
Calisthen-x looks like fun. I have a wrecked collarbone so can't do dips without pain so I won't be trying it but I wish I could - it looks like it builds some awesome strength. Nice website. I love Google translate. haha. Welcome.
Emil
Beacouse of the situation on Ukraine (killing dogs) i'm no Euro fan. But yes, it was colourful and there were a lot of fans on the streets.Yes, I think that calisthenic is the one of the best ways for strenght. And it doesn't cost antything
