  1. Hi, in my opinion, there is too much fat in your diet (peanut butter, olive), maybe you should eat peanuts only one time a day and use not more than one tbsp of olive a day. Do more cardio as well (for example running), it should be enough. Good luck!
  2. Beacouse of the situation on Ukraine (killing dogs) i'm no Euro fan. But yes, it was colourful and there were a lot of fans on the streets. Yes, I think that calisthenic is the one of the best ways for strenght. And it doesn't cost antything
  3. Hello, greetings form Warsaw! I'm vegan for 3 years, before I was vegetarian for 6 years. Normally I train capoeira (for almost 3 years). Last year I came across Vegan Calisthen-x and they inspired me to start with calisthenic/street workout. Recently I'm running http://veganworkout.org.pl/ blog. In Poland the idea of veganism (not to mention veganism in sport) is still very unpopular. There are no books about sport and veganism or vegetarianism. I wanted to create something to promote this great idea! Veganbodybuilding website is very helpful to do this.
