Over40
Hey, I have been re-reading Steve Reeves' "Building the Classical Physique". He write that his favorite exercise for curls is the incline, dumbell curl. I have started doing these again after not doing them for awhile. I noticed after the first workout the DOMS was located right in the bicep, not the forearm, or perriferal muscles, right dead center in the bicep. They were actually sore for a week. Give them a try if some of you haven't. You can't (atleast I couldn't) use a lot of weight at first, but the bicep is so well targeted, and the muscle so fully stimulated that it's not necessary to use a ton of weight at first. kollision
Ya they realy are good and at first its hard to use a lot of weight. There is a greater stretch with this exercise.
