DTMExPAT
So here are some pictures that I took earlier, as the starting mark for my training. As soon as I get a solid regimen together, Ill keep updating, but I made a blog with my measurements, weight, etc that will be updated daily.I would do it on here, but for some reason Ive been unable to reply to posts on here, and can only pm and post new topics. Sorry for anyone who replies, as I cant write back on here. I'll have to PM you. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v309/withxsonmyhands/LIFTING/LIFTINGWEEK1001.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v309/withxsonmyhands/LIFTING/LIFTINGWEEK1002.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v309/withxsonmyhands/LIFTING/LIFTINGWEEK1004.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v309/withxsonmyhands/LIFTING/LIFTINGWEEK1003.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v309/withxsonmyhands/LIFTING/LIFTINGWEEK1005.jpg http://tillthebitterend.blogspot.com/
Lean and Green
You can put nice slabs of lbm all over that frame and not worry bout bf increase. I cannot wait to see you make progress. It's a good thing you are starting out lean. I have to shed my coat of fat and it's such a pain in the butt to do....
xveganjoshx
Dude you have a GREAT frame to start with. If you hit the weights and the food hard you'll see improvements right away and by the end of the year you'll look fantastic. I'm actually excited for you, lol. robert
Sorry to hear you're still having forum troubles, I have no idea what the issue is. Great photos man, I hope it sorts out soon so you can post more and reply to posts. Try a different computer just as a test; I've had to do that before too. All the best! DV
I was thinking the same thing as L&G and Josh. You're like a blank canvass before painting. It will be very interesting to watch your progress.
Spine
You're like a blank canvass before painting. Looks to me like this canvass has already seen some paint!
Aaron
Post reply button on the bottom left and the 'quote' buttons don't work? Try a different browser?

BethL
I agree with everyone else. Fantastic that you don't have to worry about getting rid of bf too. My husband is naturally thin too, but I have finally got him into lifting, He goes to the gym 3 nights a week now. He has put on 10 pounds of muscle in just a couple months and he is going to be 55 years old at the end of this month. So if he can do it, you sure can too! Good Luck with your Program
