Gaia Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 What do you mean by "serious gains"? Specifically, you should have a goal. Like is it to 'look' more muscular? Add 5lbs of muscle mass to your body? Is it to get a rock hard six pack of abs? Each of these goals has a different approach to them in working out.
