Starting to incorporate vegan dishes into my diet

Hello!

 

I am currently starting to incorporate vegan dishes into my diet.

My goal is to gain mass and strength so I need enough protein.

I wont accept any product or supplement from sport nutrition shops, I want to go 100% natural.

 

Is there any database that has easy recipes that can be cooked relatively fast, which are not costly and

provide me with a high amount of protein?

Having a field-tested cook book with these characteristics would be enormously helpful.

I wish! There are a few recipes in some vegan athletic-oriented books. Engine 2 Diet has some higher protein recipes, and I might be wrong but I think Robert's book, Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness, also has some recipes? Dr. Fuhrman has some higher protein recipes in his books as well, but he goes HEAVY on the vegetables and light on the salt, so you may need to modify those a bit...
