Cool smoothies FTW! I'll go you one better: pour fruit juice or thin smoothie into an ice cube tray and freeze. Whip it out and throw it in a blender with your almond mild for a super-cold delight! Posted July 27, 2012 Author Share Posted July 27, 2012 Bought some chia seeds, recipe on the back says pudding easy to make just coconut milk, honey or sub agave, and the chia seeds and refrigerate.
