Hi.

I'm Will.

I'm 35.

I live in Chicago.

I've been a vegan for almost sixteen years.

I've been training for about six months.

I started training after I quit a twenty-one year smoking habit. Well, six months after I quit. I have some pretty bad back problems, too. They have been largely corrected since I started training, though. I've went from weekly trips to the chiropractor to not going in a few months.

I was going to a gym but I find that I like doing calisthenics and resistance band work at home better. I have a full time job and a part time job and I tour a few times a year, so gym-free is a little more conducive to my lifestyle.

Hi Will. That's awesome that you were able to improve you back problems through regular exercise. Good motivation to keep it up I'm sure.

Congrats on cutting the smoking habit too... in Canada they tax cigarettes so much, I'm shocked anyone can afford it. lol.
