stanwalker Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Hi there everyone! I am new to this lifestyle, was actually informed by my Dr. today that it would be a good idea. I have been lifting weights for quite a while now and was eating very clean (usually 1 portion of fish, and a half cup barley) for most meals about 6 times a day. Now I am changing it to a vegan lifestyle. So my question is, what is the portion control per meal so as not to over eat? mrbear666 Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 Hey stan, welcome to the forum......Im sure i understand the question, but i think its quite difficult to overeat when following a vegan diet.
