healthy fats

Not too sure if this has been touched on but I'm curious. I know that good fats play an important role in a healthy diet. I'm wondering what the role is/how much in a vegan bodybuilders diet. I'm talking about avocadoes, nuts, olive oil, flax, coconut oil etc...

Well I have read coconut fat is good for skin cells, and olive oil lowers bad cholesterol, fats are also utilized with protein I think maybe in uptake, not too sure on that one. But there is some relation.

It is like asking what does each vitamin do. Each has its place in our body and they do a good job. If you are deficient in one, it can really screw you're body up.
