Complementary food to seitan?

Along with legumes and whole grains, a decent chunk of my daily protein intake comes from seitan due to its relative cheapness and protein-rich nature. Unfortunately seitan is lysine-deficient and doesn't have the best amino acid profile.

 

What foods compliment seitan's amino acid profile? Should I just eat a stack of diverse veggies with it? I've heard soy can help with the lysine as well.
