Sausage from Bears in Romania

I know you can't read it because it's in hungarian but look at the pictures, who is that insane to make sausage out of bears?

Sausages, weiners, cold cuts, all different ways to stuff all kinds of meats. The only way they can make people eat weird parts like sexual organs without they even know.

From bears, this is cruel, because bears they are considered in danger of extinction in many countries.

In another country in Europe, there's this traditional dish called "cervelat" or something like that, another sausage very typical and eaten daily; thing is, the guts used to contain the meat for "cervelat" were wapitis' bowels from the U.S, and this animal is in danger of extinction, so the butchers had to change for another animal... guess what ? the population were outraged and required wapitis, they almost started a small revolution to contest this change. As if they can't live without their sausage or a slightly different one.

To come back to bears, in China it's worse then making sausages: they put them in a small cage where they can't even stand up, with a tube connected 24/7 to the liver, to collect bile. During most of the life of the bear ! Then they use this bile to make traditionnal medecine, like they do with the shark fins, killing them just to cut their fins for powder in pills or to put in soups. Ridiculous !
