SeaSiren
http://www.denisenicole.com/images/katie2.jpg My daughter's school has begun a "green club:, which is an after school club (similar to science club, math club, etc ... but environmental). My daughter, forever the activist, has joined. The purpose of the club is to bring awareness, not just to the school but to the public. AND they are striving to be the #1 Green/Environment School Club in the State. Needless to say, she is pushing the anti-meat end of the environmental issue. I'm sure the others will lean towards cars, etc. We of course are doing our own research. But if anyone has links of articles on the subject, it would be greatly appreciated! In the area in which we have moved, it won't be a popular approach, and she is very well aware of it. But this is an incredible opportunity to bring awareness and plant those seeds in young minds And this Momma Bear will be right by her side every step of the way. I'd rather be disliked for voicing my opinion than appreciated for shutting my mouth
