favourite protein meal

I bake some tofu to oven firm it and keep it in the fridge on hand. Easy to grab and dip in teryaki or soy sauce. Nut butter on toast. Hummus and veggies. Salad with tofu, tempeh, or beans. Sometimes a protein shake.

 

Do you cover it or bake it on an open pan, also do you slice it up or cook it as a block? Temperature and time? Sorry for all the questions
