Workout from today:

6am-

10min treadmill

50 pushups(with 20lb weighted vest)

10min precor

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 pullups(with 20lb weighted vest)

10min treadmill

 

5pm-

15min precor

45 min leg workout

10min sauna

17min steam room

 

7:15pm

20min bike

200 crunches

20min treadmill

100 cross crunches each side(one side at a time) 200 total

20 min precor

Eat more Pro B's. They'll get you ripped.

 

 

The other day I ate 4 at one time.. so didnt feel ripped, but I did feel like I could tackle anything in the gym!!

 

Today I did Arms, Obliques and my Mystic tan. Just gotta wait for the four hours to when I tan up.

 

 

Eat a whole box of Coco Pistachio.. Guarantee 8 pack.

I posted this somewhere but now Im wondering if I did at all...weird. Anyway here is what I did today:

 

Tricep/Bicep, Obliques, Hamstrings. I tanned for the first time in the Mystic spray tan. It takes like 4 hours for it to even show up. Im a wee bit darker now. Diet is still going strong. My chest and legs were sore yest and today for the first time in weeks!! Back is sore today from last nights workout. "Feels Good Man"

Man I sure do feel BIG this morning!!! Feel bigger than usual. Tan is darker.. had to take a shower last night though this stuff stinks. Today Ill hit Quads and Abs and maybe some shoulders.

 

I did 20min on treadmill for warmup.

Leg Extension(lots of sets! 2 leg/1 leg, slow negatives, some partials)

Decline SB situps 4 sets x 25reps

20min precor

Leg Press 5 sets x 20reps(1 plate each side)

Lat Pulldown Crunch(multiple sets/multiple weights)

 

 

Will hit some delts later tonight at home. (fell asleep early. did not do delts.)

youre a monster. its freaking awesome. me, tasha and giacomo just sat around our kitchen table this morning talking about how muscley and huge you are! Youre a household name!!!! YEAH........BUDDAY!

Today I did:

5 min warmup on treadmill

Dips

Tricep machine

Tricep Ext with resistance band

10 min on Precor

Shoulder Presses and Raises

Lat Pulldowns(light/higher reps)

Preacher EZ curls(light)

15 min on Treadclimber

 

Will probably hit cardio tonight as well. Right now I have Tofu and italian green beans cooking in garlic olive oil. Will make some Quinoa with it. Let it digest for 20-30 min then do some cardio & abs and eat again.

 

Side Note: I must say the probars I eat are too damn good!!

 

P.M. Cardio:

30min treadmill

20min bike

10min precor

 

1 hour total cardio

Weight was back down to 180lbs this morning. Guess that hour of cardio helped last night! Seems like some days when I feel big, my nighttime weight is at 185lbs or so.

 

Today I trained chest only. Had a 5 min warmup on treadmill and then 15min on precor in between some sets. I just didnt have the energy today. Should have loaded up on some yummy ProBars!! But I didnt so... After an hour I felt my muscle energy just drained!!

 

Tomorrow is gonna be a leg day. Gotta eat big for it.

I can't wait to see us all on stage!

 

6.5 weeks!!!!!!!!! Man, it is sneaking up on us. Keep pushing and pushing and pushing.....it all pays off. I'm going to diet hardcore in the final month. I'm still dieting now and have been for 12 weeks, but I'll take it hardcore (like Lean and Green does) pretty soon.

 

Luckily I'm lean all the time so I can get away with it now but will really crack down on it soon and it should be awesome.

 

I'll be in touch....very busy week....

8:15am-

15min warmup on Precor

Legs(I couldnt quite get into it today...too early I think and no workout partner)

15 min treadmill(inclined 5%)

 

 

2:15pm-

Lat Pulldowns 100lbx20x5sets (slow and steady)

1 Arm DB Row 60lbx10x5sets (really feel the squeeze)

CloseGrip pulldowns 135lbx10x5sets (pull hard. lats bow out)

Seated Rows 150x10x5sets (different angles to hit diff parts of back more/less)

 

weighted situps 20lb x 6 sets or so of 10-20

 

I was not quite with myself today. The second workout was a little better being the gym was not as crowded and I didnt change the poundage, but I had gone over 3 hours without eating and fatigue set it quick. My tan still looks good.
