robert Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 It was in L.A. last year at the Ironman and L.A. Fit Expo. He's a well known MMA guy, Keith Jardeen or something like that. Not sure how to spell his name and too tired to search it.....anyway, he read my shirt and was asking about Vegan Bodybuilding so I flexed for him to show him what's up. He seemed pretty intrigued for whatever reason but we didn't talk long. He seemed very nice. I saw Randy Couture and others as well and they were all pleasant. I didn't go to the Ironman this year because I was in Hawaii and I'll miss the Arnold because I'll be in L.A. What can I say....I love the sun. His expression on his face seem like, "holy shit your vegan?" Cool... I had gone to randy's gym in Las Vegas last year it was awesome. They had like 5 year old taking classes to adults a full ring a matted section and a regular boxing ring. you can see it herehttp://www.xtremecouture.tv/ When I was there Jay Heiron was there teaching some young woman how to fight against an opponent.
