im leg pressing around 1100, and i can do the whole leg extension machine with ease, i dont squat as much as i should because of my knees, and i cant get my legs any more mass, does any one have any out of the ordinary exercises because my legs are to used to every thing no matter the weight. help??

You can forget the arms, they're just to impress people... But try staying like that for a minute, or two or three. Do it until your legs start shaking, you're not gonna drop those 1100 pounds on yourself if you fall Then rest and do it again. I never sweat when lifting weights, I sweat doing this. I usually have to lift myself with my arms because my legs can't push me up to stand up

 

(Btw that's an impressive leg press weight right there, in my books)
