  3. i have been racing for twelve years
  4. i race bmx, and i wrecked on them so many times they just hurt all the time, and they are really weak
  5. im leg pressing around 1100, and i can do the whole leg extension machine with ease, i dont squat as much as i should because of my knees, and i cant get my legs any more mass, does any one have any out of the ordinary exercises because my legs are to used to every thing no matter the weight. help??
