Richard
Right,Been a stressful few months just now. But now I am volunteering at the animal sanctuary, it's got be working physically again, and rekindled my interest in working out. Working at the sanctuary is totally hard work, I am on my feet all day, raking, sweeping, picking things up, moving wheel barrows, lugging buckets of water and food around... it's a wake up call. I had best success last time when I kept a food log, so I'm going to do that again here, to keep me in check, and keep away from the real trashy foods that I get so easily attracted to. FOOD Breakfast: Fruit & Cereal bar, vitamins, waterLunch: Rice, cider vinegarEvening: Protein drink x2 Drink:Water WORK Bench press x8, x6, x3, x7Pull-ups x2, x2, x2, x2, x2Crunches x20, x20 (slow) More to come. I hope to maintain as well as I did last summer.

Richard
Thanks, it hasn't been rewarding as such, but it feels like a productive use of my time. It has also been a good way to wake me up - I have to get up at 6am to get there for 7:30am. Plus it's good exercise and gets me away from my home life. Richard
Yeah, it is good, stirred in so it's in with the rice, gives the rice a nice thick texture, the peanut butter melts of course

Richard
Damn internet went down the last few days, it's been malfunctioning. Still been doing 3 days a week at the sanctuary, although I did an extra day last week because they were short staffed. There are now two positions open, and I have applied. Others working there, and the owner, say I am almost certain to get one of those positions, just need to wait for the farm manager to get back from holiday on Monday, then I will get an answer most likely. Did some filming today for Ninja vs Jason 2. Went well, though someone phoned the police! So we had to explain why we had a gory machete and an axe etc and were fighting each other to some police officers who came to where we were shooting. But they laughed and said everything was fine. Threw my shoulder out whilst swinging an axe. Made me feel sick, felt like my arm had fallen off. Now just a bit sore, but alright. We're on track with filming, maybe half way now. My mum thinks I am losing weight since being at the sanctuary, I don't know, maybe. Feeling like I have more stamina now definitely, and I should be losing weight really, because I am working hard for long hours. http://www.godfist.com/body/may/bicep1.jpg
