NYC Vegan introduction, Hello to all.

First, I'd like to say kudos to the creators and moderators of this site. The knowledge that I've learned helped me get past some arduos times in my quest for fitness and good heath. Pics are coming soon but until then here's my profile:

 

27yrs.

6'3 about 190lbs.

African American medium brown complexion

Im no expert but, I believe I'm an ecto-mesomorph body type

 

I've been a vegan for only 2months but, have seen amazing results thus far. I've been adding raw elements to my diet and eventually plan on being a raw vegan, gotta get that vitamix blender and excalibur dehydrator. I work out about 5times a week, right now im focused on upper chest and forearms since they are what i believe to be my problem areas. I eat alot of spinach, asparagus, lentils, brown rice,multiple blends of berries garden burgers and a little soy. Any advice as far as varying my meals, training splits or just support would be greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way I'm single so, ladies don't be shy!! Hope to hear from you guys.
