I am world hardestgainer.I did Bodybuilding from when I was 18 years old to 22. No resultsNow I train again. Im ready to eat a lot of carbo/protein/good fats/vitamins-minerals. My first year of lifting I saw no results...no weight gain, etc. Then I did the Body-For-LIFE program and gained 19 pounds in 12 weeks and began bodybuilding....you don't need to follow that program, but just be consistent with training and eating and results come. I understood this too late!But there was nothing about concistency in the gym or in the books,only volume vs not volume.but both the schools require LOW frequency of trainings.
