Hello,Im not good with english,so I use simple words.

Im a new italian boy 30 years old,vegan from 3-4 years.

 

 

I am world hardestgainer.I did Bodybuilding from when I was 18 years old to 22. No results

Now I train again. Im ready to eat a lot of carbo/protein/good fats/vitamins-minerals.

 

 

I listen a lot of music,so I like the enteartainment secion on forum.

Welcome!

 

I know what it's like being a hardgainer. My first year of lifting I saw no results...no weight gain, etc.

 

Then I did the Body-For-LIFE program and gained 19 pounds in 12 weeks and began bodybuilding....you don't need to follow that program, but just be consistent with training and eating and results come.

 

Keeping a training journal on here will really help keep you consistent working hard everyday.

You have great reason,consistency is the key word!

 

I understood this too late!

But there was nothing about concistency in the gym or in the books,only volume vs not volume.

but both the schools require LOW frequency of trainings.

 

After on the web I read about hst and similar,frequency is needed.
