'Dancing' Judge Kills Chicken

Brendan Cole , a judge on the New Zealand version of "Dancing With The Stars" and a dancer on the UK's "Strictly Come Dancing" has come under fire after killing a chicken on a TV documentary.

 

According to The New Zealand Herald , Cole is shown on film cornering the chicken and knocking it down with a catapult. He then puts his hands around its neck and batters it with a stick.

 

The incident was part of a travel documentary called "Intrepid Journey" for New Zealand TV. As part of the show, Cole, who was born in New Zealand, travels to one of Vanuatu's islands in the Pacific Ocean where he is asked to help prepare a village feast.

 

After killing the chicken with his bare hands, Cole ate it saying, "Sensational. Best chicken I've ever had."
