wannalift Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 this is an easy one. your lats look good, but you look like you neglect the upper and middle of your back. you need to do some bent over (45 degree or parallel) barbell rows. do that once or twice a week and you'll be fine. or you could do barbell rows one day a week and lat pulldonws / pull ups the other day. if it were me i would do barbell rows twice a week.
