dan beaton Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 I have developed an annoying wrist injury in my left hand probably doing flys or dumbell presses. My wrist constantly aches, especially when I bend my hand outward. The thing is, it doesnt hurt when i train. When it coms however to picking up up a cup it stings like a bitch. Mufflon Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 You should see a doctor. Is your wrist swollen and does it hurt when you press it slightly?
