The former partial-term Alaska governor is reportedly getting paid $1.2 million per episode to host a television series called "Sarah Palin's Alaska," to be broadcast on TLC, one of Discovery Communications' channels

TLC by far is the worst of the Discovery channels. Sarah Palin's Alaska might actually be an improvement over that network's recent fascination with midgets.

I don't get the part about how it OK to to possibly threaten the environment of some other country(ies), vs "but not in my neighborhood".

TLC really doesn't care about enviornmental stuff at all. Thus is why they have the show "19 Kids And Counting..." It's like way to contribute to the overpopulation epidemic.

 

And to those who say overpopulation is a myth, please shoot yourself. You have never lived a city like Boston or New York. Try going on the subway in either city during rush hour, you'll know what I'm talking about.
