Im looking to add size to my frame (Im 5ft11 155), but im also a triathlete so I naturally do lots of cardio. Im estimating ill need around 4000 clean cals a day to do this. Im not big on eating grains and pasta either. Ive been lifting and just started the stronglift 5x5 program to hopefully add some size. What types of food are going to be good for gaining mass?
