dor_dafna Posted June 5, 2010 Share Posted June 5, 2010 Hi allfirst of all , im new here and im from israel , so im sorry for the wrong english im very confused with all the info on the web...does aerobic always "burning" muscle (even if im consuming after the aerobic a lot of protein?)can i gain muscle but still having aerobic exercise?
