aerobic exercise and gaining muscle

Hi all

first of all , im new here and im from israel , so im sorry for the wrong english

 

im very confused with all the info on the web...does aerobic always "burning" muscle (even if im consuming after the aerobic a lot of protein?)

can i gain muscle but still having aerobic exercise? (3 days aweek anaerobic and 1 day aerobic)
