I am in Rehoboth, DE at the moment.

 

I've lost a lot of mass but I'm working hard again to put it back on. Trained today and have been training a lot lately. It feels good to be back at it again.

Crap! I forgot the dates he was going to be in MD. I heard from him a while back when he said he was headed this way. Want to meet him for sure. Maybe on a future visit. I head out on Vega tour in about a week and not sure I'll make it up that way over the next few days.

 

Thanks for the reminder that he's around!

 

I'll post more pics too. I have a few that are more pumped up that might look a bit better, but I'm really light right now. I took nearly a year off from training to write and edit my book, and then work like crazy to make it successful. It took so much out of me and I put so many hours into it and was on a roll writing some days for so many hours I couldn't peel myself away from my computer and just wrote all day and into the night.

 

But now I'm training and working on a new book. I wrote 16 pages today while I also swam 4 times, ran 4 times and I also hit weights for an hour + 30 min running the day before.

 

Sleep soon...gotta rest to grow!

These are from Tuesday, the day we were both flying...this is just before I headed to the airport in Baltimore. I'm starting to make a big of progress! Now....I need to get more size! I took a long break from training regularly to do book stuff 12 hours a day...but now I'm back!
