(You can read my old thread in the introduction section, it contains my diet now, and future diet). But anyway I'm ordering Soy protein, hemp protein, and a 70/30 gemma/rice mixture protein. And I'm wondering are these 3 the best sourses I should get? And the 70/30 gemma/rice mixture is the best out of all of them, amino acid ratio wise correct? If there's a better amino acid ration/amount protein powder out there, please post it up. Thanks! There are also a few companies that put out pea/rice/hemp blends (and you can make your own at trueprotein) but I don't know if anyone has done the math to see if that makes for a better AA profile. It's possible. I know Alexander Dargatz (one of the best vegan bodybuilders out there in my opinion) uses a mix of soy and rice protein but I don't know the ratio.
