Help. Vegan Banana Cake?

I've searched for a recipe for a Vegan Banana Cake and all I come up with is recipes that require refined sugar.

 

How would I go about making a banana cake without refined sugar?

Replace sugar with barley or rice malt. Instead of 1 cup of sugar for example, you use 1,5 cup of malt. Because malt is already watery, you should cut a little the liquid ingredients you put in the cake.

Ingredients:

1,5 cup tender rolled oats

3/4 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspon baking soda

2 teaspoons oil (olive, grapeseed, sesame)

pinch of salt

1/2 cup finely ground raw hazelnut

1/2 cup barley malt

1 banana

 

Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and oil. Put salt and nazelunts, and mix. Put barley malt. Blend banana with very little water, so you get 1/2 cup of banana smoothie. Add that banana smoothie in the mixture. Mix well. Make little “sausages” out of dough and make circles. Put the circles in well oiled baking tin. Bake on 180 C (350) untill golden brown and crunchy.
