question about vegan diet page

during each time period are we being given choices between different items or are we supposed to eat the totality of foods in each section?

 

is it?-

 

7AM 
Bowl of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) 
½ grapefruit 
2 bananas with raw coconut oil 
Multivitamin 
16oz fresh squeezed juice 



 

or is it?

 

7AM 
Bowl of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) or 
½ grapefruit or 
2 bananas with raw coconut oil 
(perhaps) and Multivitamin 
16oz fresh squeezed juice 



 

Sorry for being stupid. but I don't get it.

You would be eating everything in each section together. I wouldn't try to follow any of those plans exactly though, it would get boring fast if you did. They are more to show how much food you actually need to be eating every day to gain muscle.
