jamesxvx Posted January 9, 2013 Author Share Posted January 9, 2013 I'm on week three and it already feels like my lifts have become stronger. I'm finding my Military Press weights are just increasing, I feel more comfortable with heavier weight on the bench, my deadlift comes up easier and faster and my squat seems more explosive. I dropped my box pulls from 4" to 2" and the weight flies up, and I have no doubt that from the floor it will be the same way. The 1" deficit helps as well I think.
